What lets us price it so irresistibly low is that it only has two levels, (foreground and background) and your scenes are limited to 300 frames. But even though you may not be able to produce the next "Disney Style" classic, there's a lot you can do and it's the best way to get started.

It's even great for stop motion and cut-out animation as well as drawing. Once software is installed it is non returnable and non refundable.
