Our custom light is attached to the top and moves up and down with the top for constant even lighting. Our light is self contained aluminum box with (2) 15 watt color corrected bulbs attached to a single switch for bright white even lighting.

We took a look at the old traditional lightbox designs and have made structural and lid support improvements to make it sturdier and more attractive. We merged the old with the new to improve the quality and cost.

The New top is made of white MDF with black banding the same as our pro station with lid support and base of solid Maple. The 3/4" MDF top will not warp and is more durable and easier to clean. The hole is 16 3/8” and will support any pro disc on the market. If you are ordering another style Pro Disc…you may order our Easel Design Pro Animation Lightbox without our Student Pro Disc.

The slotted lid support of solid maple will allow the top to be raised and lowered without fear of it falling or slipping out of the cavity carved on the base. New adjustability the Easel Design Pro comes with two adjusting star knobs, one on each side, to secure the top with a simple twist of the knob to any angle. Our nylon inserts allow the table to adjust to any angle smoothly….from flat to approximately 45 degrees …work at the angle you find comfortable.

The Easel Design Pro folds flat to and measures 23"h x 24"w x 4" thick. The New Easel Design adjusts to any angle up to approximately 45 degree angle without limitations. We also added Rubber feet to keep it from sliding while you are working.

*If you are using the Student Pro Disc the new Easel Design can also use our Book Support out of clear acrylic for an additional $67.95

*Add a pencil holder for $9.95

*Note: If you are using any other Pro Series Disc than Our Student Pro Disc the book support will not work due to the duel moveable rulers on all other discs.

Works extremely well with the 16f ChromaColour Disc. Beautiful fit....looks grat and works very smooth.
Does not work well with the 12f ChromaColour Disc because of the backing block of metal on the 12f Disc. It is too deep for the light in the Easel Design Pro unless you remove the square metal box on the back of the 12f disc. Or put a 3/4" spacer on the back of the Easel Pro to move the light source further out from the top so the 12f ChromaColour Disc can clear.
