SHIPPING:
We only ship UPS to insure that you get your package. All packages are insured and you are provided with the tracking number from UPS.
Damaged products: You must contact UPS immediately if your package was damaged in shipment. Your claim has to be within 10 days of receiving your parcel. Buyer is not responsible for additional charges due to damaged goods.

*We will not accept credit card payment from Nigeria, India, or any middle eastern county due to wide spread credit card fraud and stolen identies. Payment must be made with a US Postal Money Order or Cashiers Check drawn on US Currency.
RETURN POLICY:
There is a 20% restocking fee on any returned items to cover our cost on shipping and packing materials.
Damaged products: We will replace any damaged products due to shipping. You must contact UPS immediately if your package was damaged in shipment. Buyer is not responsible for additional charges due to damaged goods.
Return on undamaged goods: We will give a 100% refund on any undamaged products within 30 days of the purchase date. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges for purchases and returns.
No restock fee on damaged products.
No Returns: No Returns on software, DVDs, VHS tapes, printed materials and paper.
